Change requires clarity – and sometimes someone to create it.

I am an electronics engineer with more than 25 years of professional experience in medium-sized businesses, international corporations and startups – both in service industries and in manufacturing. For over 20 years, I have held leadership positions at different organisational levels, from team lead to management member.

As a Six Sigma Black Belt, I enjoy optimising processes, increasing efficiency and reducing errors. I am convinced that structure, order and clear responsibilities are essential for people to work together effectively and with minimal friction.

As an NLP practitioner and coach, I am passionate about what happens within and between people – on the relational level. I support individuals in developing themselves and finding their role as leaders. I am fascinated by language and communication, because I know what leadership communication can enable – and what it can prevent.

As a mediator, I help people, teams and organisations resolve conflicts. Conflicts are everywhere and tending to increase. Left unresolved, they drain energy and become destructive. Once resolved, they create space for something new: people grow, teams evolve. That is what drives me as a mediator – development.

I am married, a father of three and have lived with my family for over 15 years in a small village in the Cologne–Bonn–Aachen region. Regular running and singing in a choir give me energy and provide balance in everyday life.

What drives me

Recognize connections. Reveal patterns. Enable decisions.

Since my very first day as a leader, I have been driven by the question of how leadership can create the conditions for people to work together with commitment, joy and success. I am deeply interested in understanding which frameworks enable this – and how they can be built. I am convinced that leadership is the key lever for organisational success: it creates trust, safety and clarity and enables people to take responsibility.

I enjoy working where people are willing to question the status quo, embrace new approaches and see opportunities instead of risks.
