About Thomas Saßerath

Thomas Saßerath

Change requires clarity – and sometimes someone to create it.

I am an industrial engineer and have spent many years in senior leadership roles, guiding organisations through technological, structural and organisational change.

Whether in Switzerland or the Rhineland area, my work has always centred on aligning structure, direction and execution. I move easily between the big picture and the details, quickly recognise where things get stuck and drive topics forward until results are visible.

Project management, lean methods and agile frameworks are tools I use to deliver clarity and pragmatic impact.

I am married, a father of three and have lived south of Cologne for more than ten years. Alongside my work, I serve on the board of my children’s Waldorf school.

I am a passionate mountaineer and have discovered marathon running for myself.

About Thomas Saßerath

What drives me

Recognize connections. Make patterns visible. Enable decisions.

I am interested in how organisations really work – and why they stall.

I want to understand where links are missing, decisions are blocked or responsibilities remain unclear. I am drawn to designing structure because it creates impact.

I want to know what works, what doesn’t – and what is needed to make it work. I value clarity, clean analysis and visible results. I prefer working where transformation is not just discussed but implemented.
