I built my career in retail, spending more than 20 years in senior roles across Germany and abroad. Change has always been my constant companion and the key to sustainable results.
Working with very different diverse teams and settings taught me to try things out, rethink approaches and stay adaptable. For over 25 years, leadership has been the place where I feel most at home: bringing people together, enabling growth and helping teams create meaningful results. I have a fine sense for atmosphere and dynamics.
I listen closely, notice tensions early and translate them into constructive action. My calm, grounded way of working creates trust and makes room for clarity – two things every transformation needs. I live with my husband and our two children near Cologne.
I am member of the board of my children’s Waldorf school, where I take on responsibility beyond my professional work. Running, spinning and time to reflect give me balance.
I am curious about what really moves people in organisations – and what keeps them from using their potential. I enjoy creating structures that enable people to be effective.
Leadership, to me, means clarity, trust and responsibility. I work where people and organisation meet – because that is where real progress happens.
